Whose cooperation do you need in order to move forward with your idea?

There are some people on the team you’ll need energetic cooperation from in order to succeed….and others who just need to not get in the way of those who are energetic.

Not All The Ideas...

Are great ideas.

And while we know this is true, it’s hard to remember it when we’ve just offered up a new idea…and even if we do remember it, it’s even harder to believe that this might be one of the not-great ones.

But if we’re willing to consider that this idea might have been worth sharing but not worth putting into action…we will have a better sense of whether or not to put it into action.
