If you go to the park and bounce the ball by the monkey bars it’s unlikely you’re going to attract other basketball players.
But go over to that blacktop area with the hoop. The people will come. They might even be there already.
It’s more fun to be with.
If no one is around you might just need to change where you’re bouncing your ball.
