Open Till 4am

When you advertise that your restaurant is open till 4am, it’s gonna shape the type of customer you have at 4pm too.

The new expensive fine dining place is super busy for dinner…so it would be easy to think ‘let’s keep this thing going and stay open all night’. But the instant that decision is made the whole thing changes.
