Standing out isn’t the point of synchronized swimming.
The point is to be exactly like everyone else. That’s how you win.
But for everyone else, it’s not about being exactly like everyone on the team but rather sharing the same vision and using your differences, individual strengths and sharp edges to keep moving together.
