The other day I was catching up with a old music biz friend who is a bunch of years older than I am.
I asked him: What do you know now that you were learning when you were my age?
It turned out that was a really good question to ask. So feel free to tuck that one away and use it when it comes to mind.
And I’ll add this…
If someone in their early 20’s asked me what I know now that I was learning (the hard way) back then…this is what comes to mind…
When delegating, and the task comes back completed in a different way than I had in mind…that’s the BEAUTY of delegating, and the synergy that is happens as a result.
